Ensure you have read and are familiar with our websites terms of service.

Thanks for checking out our online store & purchasing one of our products! We always aim to dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your orders. While we aim to get them out to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on destination with most metropolitan areas taking 4-7 business days. This will take longer for remote areas and international orders.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will be supplied with the tracking details to follow your products journey. To calculate your shipping cost input your delivery details at checkout & shipping will be calculated for you. 

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $90 (not applicable during promotional discount periods)

If you have purchased a **PRE ORDER** product along with in stock items, all stock will be held onto and shipped once the pre order stock arrives.

Local delivery & Pick-up

For customers within a certain radius of our head office (Castle Hill), at checkout, you will be provided with an option of free pick-up or $3 delivery. If these options are chosen, we will contact you directly regarding preferred pick up and delivery times. 

Returns

At Calf & Crew, we know how important it is to ensure that not only you are happy with the products, but that your little one is happy too! Although we aim to always provide you with the perfect products for you & your little one, we understand that sometimes a product just isn't right. Unfortunately, due to the nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind however we can offer exchanges or credit notes if you are unhappy with the product & the product is returned to us at your expense.

Faulty products

We will happily offer free returns and replace any faulty product purchased from our online store within three months of purchase.

Please contact us directly at hello@calfandcrew.com.au with your details and information regarding the faulty product and we will contact you as soon as possible.
