Are your products safe?

Of course! We know how important this is so we have carefully designed our products and sourced suppliers with safety as our top priority. Our products are BPA, lead, phthalates & PVC free & are made from FDA approved and 100% food grade silicone. 

Do you ship overseas?

We sure do! 

Is it safe to pay online via your store?

Yes. We use Shopify's secure payment gateway. We also offer PayPal and Afterpay. 

How long will my order take?

We aim to have your orders ready for dispatch within 3 business days. We take the utmost care in packaging your items to reduce any chance of damage. Please refer to Shipping & returns page for further information.

Is Express Post available?

Yes. Please refer to www.auspost.com.au for details about their Express Post network and estimated delivery times. 

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your product is faulty, please refer to Shipping & returns page for more information.

Why does my silicone bowl or plate have an oily residue, even after cleaning?

Don't worry mumma - the residue isn't permanent. Many foods when pureed create an oil residue that can take two or more washes to get out. You can also try a little bit of bicarbonate soda or lemon juice to remove it also. 

Why won't my bowl or plate stick?

Our suction bases are best on smooth surfaces such as plastic or glass. The bowl needs to be pressed down on to the surface to ensure air pockets are removed from underneath so the suction engages.
